By creating an account or using the AI Operator Platform ("Service"), provided by Making Momentum Co. ("we"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Cancel anytime from your billing settings or via paddle.net — your plan stays active until the end of the current period. Refund requests are handled per our Refund Policy. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; the new price takes effect at your next renewal.
You must not misuse the Service. Specifically, you must not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose; (b) send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages; (c) infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (d) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any security or authentication measure; (e) introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code; (f) scrape, harvest, or extract data using automated means without our written permission; or (g) interfere with or disrupt the Service or impose an unreasonable load on the infrastructure.
The Service, including all software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Making Momentum Co. and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or circumvent its technical limitations.
We work to keep the Service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including AI model providers), and force-majeure events may temporarily affect access.
You retain ownership of the systems, agents, skills, and content you create in your workspace. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you.
The Service connects to third-party AI models. Outputs can be inaccurate or biased. You're responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for any business, legal, financial, medical, or other decision.
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) suspected fraud, security risk, or abuse; or (d) repeated or serious violations of the acceptable-use rules. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
