We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans of the AI Operator Platform, operated by Making Momentum Co. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email support@aioperator.ceo with your order details and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After the 30-day window

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings or via paddle.net to prevent the next renewal — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Renewals are generally non-refundable after the 30-day window, but exceptional circumstances (such as a duplicate charge or technical issue that prevented use of the service) are reviewed case-by-case by Paddle.
