How we handle your data.

1. Who we are

The AI Operator Platform ("we", "us") is operated by Making Momentum Co. Reach us at support@aioperator.ceo.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: email, name, and authentication identifiers.
  • Workspace content: the systems, agents, skills, and logs you create inside your HQ.
  • Billing data: processed by our payment provider; we store subscription status, plan, and a customer ID — never your card number.
  • Product analytics: aggregate usage, page views, and feature events to improve the platform.

3. How we use it

To operate the service, authenticate you, deliver features you've subscribed to, process payments, send service-related email, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Subprocessors & data sharing

We share personal data with a small set of vendors that help us run the service:

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd — Merchant of Record for all orders; handles payment processing, billing, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund requests.
  • Cloud hosting & database/auth provider — stores account data and workspace content.
  • Email delivery provider — sends transactional and service emails.
  • Product analytics provider — aggregate usage telemetry to improve the platform.

We may also disclose data to professional advisers (legal, accounting) and to authorities where required by law. For the current vendor list, email support@aioperator.ceo.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing us. If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

6. Data retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being purged.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and minimal analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can clear them at any time from your browser.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
